By purchasing from GlitzGloss, the “User” acknowledges that cosmetics are chemical formulations designed for external application and must be used in accordance with the provided safety guidelines.
2.2 Product Representation & Shade Accuracy
- The Digital-to-Skin Variance: While we utilize high-fidelity, color-calibrated photography for our lipsticks and foundations, the user acknowledges that screen resolutions and individual skin undertones can alter the perceived color. We recommend reviewing our “Shade Guides” before final purchase.
- Climate-Proof Engineering: Our products are formulated for the humidity and heat of the Pakistan territory. However, “performance longevity” (e.g., 24-hour wear) is a technical benchmark and may vary based on skin type and environmental exposure.
2.3 User Safety & Patch-Testing
The user agrees to perform a “48-Hour Patch Test” before full application of any new formulation. GlitzGloss is not liable for allergic reactions resulting from failure to test or from known sensitivities to the ingredients clearly listed on the packaging.
