3.1 The “GlitzGloss” Assurance of Purity
Cosmetics are intimate products. Our “Beauty Covenant” is designed to protect the health and safety of our entire community. Because our products are applied to the eyes, lips, and face, we maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding hygienic contamination.
3.2 The Hygienic Sealed Exclusion
- Non-Returnable Status: In accordance with international health standards and local hygienic regulations, any cosmetic product that has been unsealed, swatched, or tested is strictly ineligible for return or exchange. This is to ensure that no customer ever receives a product that has been previously handled.
- “Change of Mind” Clause: For unopened and sealed items (with the original security shrink-wrap intact), we offer a 7-day exchange window. The customer is responsible for safe return shipping to ensure the product arrives back at our warehouse in “Restock-Ready” condition.
3.3 The Error & Transit Protocol
- Damaged Arrivals: If a foundation bottle arrives shattered or an eyeliner tip is broken during transit, we provide a 100% Free Replacement.
- The 48-Hour Claim Window: All transit damage or “Incorrect Shade” claims must be reported via WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the unopened product.
- Refund Logic: Refunds are only issued if the specific item is out of stock. In all other cases, we prioritize shipping a fresh, perfect replacement of your chosen glam asset.
